Shipping policy

Every item from Family Tee Shirt Company is custom-printed to order just for you. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your items to be produced, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

Once your item is printed and packaged, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

We partner with specialized print facilities to ensure the highest quality for each type of product. If your order includes different types of items, they may be printed by different partners and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each individual package as it ships.

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Family Tee Shirt Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Because our fulfillment process is automated to get your order started as quickly as possible, we are often unable to redirect or modify orders once they have been sent to our print partners for production. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
